Mr. Loll is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1985. Mr. Loll is a founding principal of the firm with 40 years of transactional law experience.

Mr. Loll’s practice areas consist of corporate and business entity law planning and formation, commercial agreements, contracts, technology development, secured transactions, and business, sales, acquisitions, mergers, and business combinations.  Mr. Loll also represents clients in real estate land use, compliance, and development matters, and in regard to real estate mortgage lending.  Mr. Loll’s present and past affiliations include the American Bar Association Section on Corporate Securities and the Orange County Bar Association Sections on Corporate Securities, Finance and Corporate and Business Organizations, and Real Estate Law.  Mr. Loll is presently a member of the Business Law and Real Property Law sections of the California Lawyers Association and the Business and Corporate Law Section and Real Estate Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association and the has spoken on the topics of business formation, organization, and mergers and acquisitions.
